Hawaiian Airlines Cargo was losing out on business because of their poorly laid out cargo page. We decided to propose a redesign that would directly affect their customer acquisition and customer satisfaction. 
The main areas we targeted were:
1. The main navigation did not indicate you were on Hawaiian Airlines Cargo page.

2. The sidebar did not provide a way to track shipments or get a quick estimate. While a huge portion of the sidebar was still targeting passenger business.

3. Shipping live animals, and other special shipments like perishable items, food, etc. were key parts of their business that weren’t being featured prominently.

1. The redesign added a cargo tab to the global navigation.

2. Incorporated quick tracking and quote functionality in the sidebar by getting rid of the passenger flight search option. 

3. Also featured live animal shipping and special handling services in a carousel.
