This project was ramped up and released in under two months. Within that time, I helped the team out with a competitive analysis of other fitness/health tracking applications and lock down the requirements. These included how to gamify the experience and encourage usage. With the help of the wireframes, user flow diagrams, and created artifacts like reward badges and icons the app was successfully published to both iOS and Android app stores.
